Service & Maintenance

Ensure that your investment is maintained and serviced regularly

Servicing and maintaining your installation

Whether you have an existing air source or ground source heat pump or a new installation from us, we would recommend that you ensure that your investment is maintained and serviced regularly. This is to…

Ensure that your equipment continues to run efficiently.

Have peace of mind that your equipment will continue to run effectively all year every year.

Ensure that your manufacturer’s warranty remains valid (most manufacturers will insist on regular servicing to ensure that their warranty remains valid).

Ensure that the equipment provides you with the best possible return on investment.

At J L Phillips we service and maintain Mitsubishi air source heat pumps and Nibe ground source heat pumps.

How long will it take?

An average service will take between 1 ½ and 2 hours to complete depending on the installation.

In all cases, you will be provided with a completed checklist and report detailing all work completed, the efficiencies and performance of the system and any recommendations or areas for concern.

Should our engineer find that repairs or spare parts are required, these will be quoted for separately.

Keep your heat pump in tip top condition, to ensure that it performs to the best of its efficiencies all year, every year.
